At Skill Certify, we are committed to providing professional support services to individuals seeking Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). As a non-training provider, we assist in the documentation and preparation of evidence for RPL purposes. To maintain transparency and uphold our service standards, please read our refund policy carefully before engaging our services.
Once any of the following services are initiated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances:
Submission of any documents by the client for assessment
Issuance of supporting documentation or templates
Commencement of work placement assistance
Activation of any soft copy or hard copy cert
Client onboarding and creation of assessment profile
24 hours after payment confirmation and enrollment
Skill Certify does not offer training or qualifications. As our services involve consulting, document handling, and time-based effort, our fees reflect the nature of service delivery. Partial or full refunds are not available once any portion of service has begun, regardless of outcome or third-party RTO decision.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after payment is received. All clients are encouraged to review our service details and ask questions prior to enrolling or making payment.
Skill Certify does not guarantee the issuance of qualifications, as the final decision is made by an independent Registered Training Organization (RTO), selected by the client. No refunds will be provided based on the RTO’s assessment outcome.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and truthful information about their skills, experience, and qualifications. If the documentation or experience is found to be insufficient or non-genuine, resulting in a declined RPL application, Skill Certify holds no liability and no refund will be processed.
In rare and exceptional cases, Skill Certify may consider a partial refund (less administrative and service fees), at the sole discretion of management. Requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment and must include valid supporting evidence.
Skill Certify reserves the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time, in line with consumer law and industry practices. Clients will be notified of any material changes to the policy.

Skill Certify is not an RTO and does not deliver training or issue qualifications. We assist individuals in preparing and organizing their portfolio of evidence to support an RPL application. The final review, assessment, and issuance of qualifications are performed by an independently selected RTO, chosen solely at the student’s discretion. We have no affiliation or partnership with any RTO.
