Refund Policy

At Skill Certify, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer service throughout the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) application process. We understand that there may be situations that require changes or cancellations. We kindly ask you to review our refund policy to familiarize yourself with the conditions for granting refunds.

Applications Left Unattended (1 month): If a customer neglects their application for a period of 1 month, a $200 fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded. This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs incurred in maintaining the application during that duration. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund request.
Pending Applications (more than 1 month): If an application remains pending for over 1 month, it will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be provided. This policy is in place to encourage timely communication and progress in the application process. We highly prioritize efficiency and expect our customers to actively participate in their application to ensure a smooth and timely assessment.

Rejected or Declined Applications: If your RPL application is declined, an administration fee of A$300 will be charged to cover the assessment costs. Upon receiving notification of the decline, you have the option to submit a written request for a refund to the RPL department within 30 days. The refund request will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt. In exceptional circumstances where there is clear evidence of administrative error or procedural irregularity by Skill Certify in the assessment process, the administration costs may be waived, and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund, customers are required to submit a written refund request via email to our customer support team at https://skillcertify.com.au/contact-us/ The refund request should contain the customer’s name, contact information, and a detailed explanation for the refund. Our team will carefully review the request and provide a response within 5 business days.
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunding a disregarded or abandoned application outside the guidelines outlined in our policy. These exceptional cases will be assessed on an individual basis, and any decision made will be solely at the discretion of Skill Certify.

NOTE: After issuing the certificate we do not cancel the certificate or refund the fees.

Changes to the Refund Policy:
Skill Certify reserves the right to modify or amend the refund policy at any time. Any updates or changes to the policy will take effect immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.
