The Certificate II Financial Services course is perfect for those looking to gain knowledge about the financial services industry. This qualification is intended to address the need for increased financial literacy and basic financial skills of entrants wishing to build potential pathways into the industry. This course can be completed online or in a classroom environment as part of a VET program The course content will assist those seeking a career in the Financial Services industry or as a small business proprietor. Packaging Rules
Total number of units = 8
4 core units plus
4 elective units , of which:
- at least 2 must be from the elective units listed below
- up to 2 may be from this qualification or any other currently endorsed Certificate II or above training package qualification or accredited course.
Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the overall integrity of the AQF alignment, not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification, and contribute to a valid industry-supported vocational outcome.
